The Furniture Cabinets Joinery Alliance Limited (FCJA) is the peak representative body for the collective furniture, cabinet and joinery industries in Australia. These industries are a significant component of the Australian manufacturing sector, employing more than 130,000 persons across the country and contributing almost $33 billion per annum to the domestic economy.
The founding members of the FCJA, ie FIAA, AWISA, AWA, CMDA, and ASOFIA are all fully committed to the FCJA and the objective to work collaboratively together to develop, continually refine and help implement strategies designed to foster the ongoing growth and development of its constituent members. Collectively, FCJA’s members represent the whole $33 billion sector, comprising furniture, in-built cabinets, kitchens, bathrooms, windows, doors and the shop and office fittings.
The FCJA has developed a forward looking Strategic Industry Plan for the industry.
