Richard is the founder of Tyne Solutions Pty Ltd, provider of management and consulting services to the Cabinet Makers and Designers Association (CMDA) and the Architectural Door Hardware Association.
The services provided to these associations cover the wide range of industry issues including technical, training, industrial relations and general industry/business support. CMDA nominated Richard as its representative to the Furniture Cabinet and Joinery Alliance Ltd and he has been actively involved in the representation of the broader industry including in his role as Deputy Chair of the organisation.
Tracey Gramlick - AWA
Tracey has a background in Engineering and a Masters in Technology Management and over 30 years of fenestration expertise in various design, technical, manufacturing, materials and marketing roles prior to her current position as Executive Director of the Australian Window Association. Tracey currently sits on four industry aligned Boards, is a passionate advocate for compliance equity, Australian manufacturing and skills and actively participates in numerous BCA, AiG and Standards Committees, international Standards and energy committees and is a regular presenter at conferences and on ABC radio.
